“Low Water”

This beautiful print was donated by the Herhsel House Foundation. It is a print from an original drawing by Hershel House himself. This is Hershel’s interpretation and tribute to Lewis & Clark’s Corp of Discovery. It shows the keelboat being unloaded and pulled by towlines due to low water. Close inspection will reveal that this is a very detailed drawing. A whole host of animals can be seen in and around the expedition, and if you look closely, you might just see that the men are being carefully observed from the bluffs on the far side of the river. Beautifully framed, this print is ready to take its place on the walls of your workshop or office!
